Development Works Company is currently developing industrial and Services projects with an estimated investments of twenty billions Saudi Riyal (more than US$ 5.5 billion). The main projects are:
- Petrochemical Projects: Three projects with estimated investment of 18 Billion Saudi Riyals (US$ 4.8 billion)
- Other Industrial projects: Paper factory ,Concrete Ready Mixed plants ,Specialized Plastic pipe with a total investment of 1.15 billion Saudi Riyals (US$ 307 million )
- Environmental projects: Hazardous Waste Materials Management, Recycling of Waste Material with total investment of one billion Saudi Riyals (US$ 267 million).
- Bio chemical Projects: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology Complex
